With this class you can more quickly transition to a plant-based lifestyle without having to figure it out all on your own.
Lyell provides a 3 hour cooking course in your home with up to 5 people. She makes a suggestion of the dishes available, which you are able to choose 3-4 dishes from the list depending on the complexity of the dish. Within the class, Lyell will teach you how to batch cook the meals which helps to decrease the amount of time spent cooking while still providing enough healthy food for the week.
