Coaching holds you accountable and ensures positive changes stick.
After the initial health assessment, Lyell advises each client on the frequency of follow-up visits, as each aspect of her service is highly personal and tailored to each client’s needs.
Accountability is necessary for the best personal growth, and Lyell has a lot of experience in working with each individual to continually monitor any changes needed if necessary.
