Anyone who has ever tried to lose weight or break a bad habit knows that accountability is a key factor in success or failure. Our Lifestyle Coaching program provides this very important piece of the puzzle so that our clients can succeed not just today, but tomorrow, the next day and into the next year.
In our lifestyle coaching sessions, we look at the “whole person,” including the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects of his or her life.
We believe these are like the legs of a chair; if one is missing, the chair will topple over. Coaching sessions allow clients to become aware of each and every aspect of their lives. They learn to form a plan for ensuring each one is nurtured.
One important aspect of our coaching is helping you remove negative associations you may have accumulated throughout your life. We help you accomplish this through Electronic Voice Mapping, a non-invasive method of learning about your subconscious through the electronic mapping of your vocal notes.
Electronic Voice Mapping reveals the issues that lie below your conscious level of awareness – issues that may be blocking your performance and your happiness. The technique helps you identify these deep-seeded perceptions and gently shifts them using biofeedback and homeopathic remedies.
Lifestyle Coaching is the perfect follow-up to our Health Assessments. Through coaching, you will receive continued support as you make dietary changes, improve movement and embrace new forms of wellness that will help you heal and thrive. Coaching holds you accountable and ensures positive changes stick.
After the initial health assessment, Lyell advises each client on the frequency of follow-up visits, as each aspect of her service is highly personal and tailored to each client’s needs.
Accountability is necessary for the best personal growth, and Lyell has a lot of experience in working with each individual to continually monitor any changes needed if necessary.
FOR A BETTER LIFE
You can choose the frequency of your visits, but it all starts with the first assessment. To find out where to begin, schedule an appointment today.
